It was a pleasure working with Brad and Jennifer Lewis, of Lewis Homes,  during the building of our new home.  This was our first experience building. I would highly recommend Lewis Homes to anyone wanting to build a custom home. Brad was very knowledgeable and accommodating to us from start to finish.  He expanded on our ideas, which exceeded our expectations. Being a custom home he was always concerned with how we wanted something done. . When we asked a question , his reply was “How do you want it done?”  We are now in our home and are very satisfied.

Dear Brad,

It’s been several months since we moved into our new home and we just wanted to drop a note and let you know how much we’ve enjoyed our decision to buy it.

As you know we had quite a number of homes to choose from when we moved to Mobile. Yours was one of the first we saw and liked and all others we measured by the standards you set with your house.   Our criteria included  the lot, the layout of the house plan, construction integrity, finish details, quality of workmanship, value for the money, curb appeal, and most important the builders’ willingness to work with us. Brad it’s no secret that you scored the highest on these and you continue to stay on top of issues that have come up after the sale.

After hearing numerous horror stories from various family members and friends, we knew we had to find a builder who would listen, who we could depend on, and who genuinely cared about us and our desires for our dream home. Our search for a builder ended when we met Brad Lewis.

Brad allowed us to be involved in the project all along the way. He listened, he gave us great advice, and he guided us in a very professional and conscientious manner.  Whenever we needed him he was available, and he took care of things right away.

Needless to say, we didn’t have one of those “horror “ stories building our home. We had a wonderful experience. We considered it a blessing and a joy having Brad build our dream home.
